What To Know Before Your 2026 Junior Prom Dress Appointment!

Hello lovelies - it’s that time again: junior prom season! We’re so excited to welcome you through our doors.
I thought I’d share a quick refresher blog post to help you prepare, answer some frequently asked questions, and give you a sneak peek of what to expect at your appointment.
Filling out the booking form for your Junior Prom Dress Appointment.
First of all, when you send a booking enquiry for an appointment at C&P, we’ll send you a booking form to make your princess’s visit extra special. This form allows us to prepare everything in advance, including your little girl’s name, age, and clothing size, so we can create the perfect setup just for her.
There’s also a little surprise waiting when she arrives (we won’t spoil the magic!).
You’re welcome to add any comments that might help us - for example, if your little one is shy or would benefit from a quieter appointment. This helps us tailor the experience so she feels comfortable and has the most amazing time possible.
We also offer cakes and treats during appointments, and we’re happy to accommodate any dietary requirements - just let us know in advance.

Crowning Ceremony:
The Crowning Ceremony Package
Price: £35
Includes everything in the Princess Package and also:
Your little princess will be adorned in a luxurious C&P satin robe during her consultation and can take it home as a cherished keepsake and to use on her special day.
Be enchanted as your little princess receives a magnificent C&P princess crown at the end of the consultation.
Your princess will receive a royal goody bag, featuring a large strawberry pink and white lollipop and a refreshing drink.
Heading to your Junior Prom Dress Appointment.
Our boutique is located at 38 Castle Street, Hamilton, ML3 6BU. We’re easy to reach by public transport, with Hamilton Central Train Station and Hamilton Bus Station both nearby.
While we don’t have parking directly outside the shop, there are several convenient car parks just a short walk away.
What Happens During your Junior Prom Dress Appointment.
Once you enter the boutique, you’ll be greeted by your stylist and shown to your own gorgeous, princess-style fitting room. Your stylist will then walk you through our beautiful collection and give your girl five pegs to choose her five favourite dresses to try on.
We begin with these five dresses, and once they’ve been tried on, we’ll see how much time we have left in your appointment. Five is usually plenty to find the dream dress - but we understand that sometimes it can take a little less or a little more time, and we’re happy to adjust where possible.
We have a range of dresses that you can take home on the day, as well as a selection that can be custom made if you’re looking for something a little extra special.
Custom dresses typically take around 3–5 months to be made, so if you’re interested in this option, please get in touch as soon as possible to allow plenty of time to make sure we can make it happen for you :)
