In light of the recent pandemic we have put safety measures in place to ensure both customers and staff are kept safe at all times and to ensure you feel comfortable visiting our boutique. 

We will be operating our shop on appointment basis only. Please contact us if you would like to visit our store and we will book you in, this includes dress appointments, accessories and collections.

Whilst these changes make your appointment super serious we want to ensure you that we are passionate in delivering a fun, memorable and special experience. We are taking everyone's safety serious and we are certain that we will facilitate to these new ways very quickly so that shopping for your communion/wedding will leave you with the everlasting memories its meant to.






Prior to your consultation we will send you details a link to this page and ask you tread through this prior to your appointment to ensure you know what to expect when visiting our store. You will be asked to browse through our website and pick 5 dresses that you would like to try on during your appointment. As we are trying to minimise touch points your consultant will have these dresses ready when you attend your appointment.

If you or any of your party feel unwell or if any of your close family members have COVID symptoms please do not attend your appointment. Contact us as soon as you can and we will rearrange your appointment for a later date. If on the day you are displaying any symptoms unfortunately we will have to postpone your appointment.


We have reduced the number of appointments per day and time of each appointment to allow us to sanitise all touch points and steam and spray each dress after each appointment.  


You will have the shop to yourself. Due to the size of our shop we can only allow a maximum of one child and a maximum of  two adults per appointment (3 maximum). This will allow us to social distance without affecting your experience with us. If you have more than one child we will discuss arrangements with you when booking.



Please arrive to your appointment on time (not to early, not to late) to ensure your not crossing paths with other customers. As we do not have a waiting area available we ask you to wait in your car or outside the building until your appointment.

Our consultants will be wearing masks when you attend for your appointment and we will require you all to wear masks (excluding children under 5 and adults with breathing problems) and to sanitise your hands when entering and at various points throughout your consultation. It is essential that masks are worn throughout your appointment covering your nose and mouth. We will also do temperature checks with our staff and customers and if there is a temperature unfortunately we will be unable to continue with your consultation.

To comply with social distancing we are unable to dress the children and we will require the parent/guardian to do this. Dont worry we will be there to guide you with this.

We know how much it means to you to have your close family involved in these special moments. We are more than happy for you to set up a zoom call/facetime. We hope this goes a little way to make you feel they are by your side.






We will only be able to accept electronic payments in store. Unfortunately we are unable to accept cash payments.






All returns will be quarantined for 72 hours prior to processing. As such payments may take a little longer to go into your account.
